As part of efforts to strengthen leadership capacity and reward outstanding performance, Reftop Homes Limited has empowered and sponsored 20 outstanding realtors on leadership and professional development trip to Doha, Qatar.
The initiative, designed to reward excellence and strengthen leadership capacity, featured an intensive training programme at the DALF Leadership School, where participants were equipped with practical skills in leadership, personal development, strategic thinking, and business growth.
The leadership training is also part of an effort by the group ahead of the Reftop Investors Summit and the African AgroPalm Summit expected to hold during the year.
Speaking during the programme, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Reftop Homes Limited, David Assogba, commended the realtors for their dedication and exceptional performance, urging them to continue pushing boundaries in the real estate industry.
According to him, their vision has always been to build leaders, not just sales professionals.
“This experience is an investment in our partners, and I encourage every participant to continue breaking barriers, embracing innovation, and setting new standards of excellence. There are no limits to what you can achieve when you remain committed to growth,” he stated.
Commenting further, Assogba congratulated the 20 realtors on earning the opportunity and challenged them to continue setting new benchmarks in the real estate industry.
“This trip is more than a reward; it is an investment in people who have demonstrated commitment, resilience, and excellence.
“At Reftop Homes, we believe that when we empower our partners with the right knowledge and global exposure, they become catalysts for growth—not only for our company but for the entire real estate industry,” he said.
Assogba urged the participants to apply the leadership lessons gained at the DALF Leadership School to their personal and professional lives.
“I challenge each of you to continue pushing boundaries. Never settle for average when excellence is within your reach. The knowledge you have acquired here should inspire you to think bigger, lead with integrity, and create greater value for your clients and communities,” he urged.
He added that Reftop Homes would continue to invest in initiatives that reward outstanding performance and equip its partners to compete on a global stage.
“Our vision is to build a network of world-class real estate professionals. Success is not just measured by the number of properties sold but by the lives we transform, the leaders we raise, and the legacy we leave behind. We will continue to create opportunities that expose our partners to global best practices because their success is our success,” he said.
He reaffirmed Reftop Homes’ commitment to recognising excellence and creating opportunities that enable its partners to thrive in an increasingly competitive real estate market.
Participants described the Doha experience as transformative, noting that the exposure and leadership lessons gained at the DALF Leadership School would positively influence their businesses and personal development.
The trip reflects Reftop Homes’ ongoing investment in human capital development and its belief that empowering realtors with global exposure and leadership training will contribute significantly to the growth of Nigeria’s real estate sector.
