Super Falcons coach Justin Madugu has made five changes to Nigeria’s starting lineup for the must-win clash with Zambia at the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Nigeria lost the first match of the 2026 WAFCON to debutants Malawi, putting the Super Falcons under immense pressure to claim all three points in the tie against the Copper Queens.
Madugu listed Rofiat Imuran among the first changes for the Super Falcons. She did not start against Malawi, but alongside her, the coach has also pencilled in experienced Asisat Oshoala to lead the line against Zambia.
Deborah Abiodun, Uchenna Kanu and Jennifer Echegini are the other players given a nod to start in Saturday’s game.
