Edenbrooks Homes has opened sales for its 20-unit Maison D’Eko Residences III development on Taiye Olowu Street, Lekki Phase 1, with prices starting at ₦170 million and direct payment plans and mortgage options available to buyers.
Edenbrooks Development and Properties Limited has today opened sales at Maison D’Eko Residences III, a twenty-unit boutique development on Taiye Olowu Street, off Admiralty Way, in Lekki Phase 1. Sixteen apartments are available to buy, and handover is scheduled for June 2027.
Buying a premium home in Lekki has become a test of trust. In November 2025, the Lagos State Building Control Agency demolished buildings along the Lekki to Ikoyi axis that had breached building regulations and ignored stop-work notices, as reported by The Guardian Nigeria. Buyers now ask the same questions before they ask about finishes: is the title clean, is the plan approved, will it be delivered, and can I finance it?
Maison D’Eko Residences III answers each one at launch. The development holds Lagos State Governor’s Consent, full building plan approval, and registration with the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA). Edenbrooks Homes has already completed and handed over Paragon Apartments in Lekki Phase 1, and is building Wakefield Apartments, Maison D’Eko Residences and Maison D’Eko Residences II in the same postcode.
The location is deliberate. Taiye Olowu is one of the older, tree-lined streets in the Admiralty Way pocket of Lekki Phase 1, a low-density area that has kept its residential character. Meanwhile, other parts of the estate have become commercial. New boutique apartment schemes on these streets are rare because the plots are already built on.
The building places four residential floors above a landscaped ground level. Every apartment has generous ceiling heights, a planted balcony with vertical timber louvres, and interiors finished in stone, bronze-toned metal and glass. A central skylight carries daylight through the lift lobby and stair core on every floor, so the shared spaces feel as considered as the homes.
Ground-floor amenities include a swimming pool with a sit-out deck, a fully equipped fitness studio, an eight-person lift serving all four residential floors, twenty dedicated parking bays, a manned gatehouse and gated perimeter security. A concierge point sits on every typical floor.
One-bedroom apartments start at ₦170 million and two-bedroom apartments at ₦220 million. Direct buyers pay a 30% initial deposit and settle the balance over 3 to 12 months. Buyers using one of the available mortgage plans, including the Federal Government’s MREIF scheme with its fixed 9.75% rate, start with a 10% equity contribution, with payments spread over 3 to 12 months. The sales team walks each buyer through the option that fits their income and timeline.
With sixteen apartments on one plot, Maison D’Eko Residences III is built for people who want a home on an established Lekki Phase 1 street, with the paperwork, build quality and delivery date settled before they pay a deposit.
