Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has cast his vote at his polling unit as voting continues across the state in the keenly watched governorship election.

The Accord Party governorship candidate and incumbent Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, cast his vote on Saturday in the ongoing governorship election.

Adeleke is seeking re-election on the platform of the Accord Party in Saturday’s governorship poll.

Adeleke voted at Ward 02, Polling Unit 009, Abogunde Compound, Ede North Local Government Area of the state.

Voters turned out as early as 7:20 a.m. at many of the polling units in the state, including Unit 7, Oke-Oja in Osogbo, Osun State, to exercise their franchise as INEC officials prepared the polling unit for the commencement of voting.

Two queues were provided at the polling unit, with one designated for elderly voters and the other for young people.
